Welcome! I'm so glad you're here because it means you love Studio Sophie's style and are considering working with me to create your wedding stationery. To answer your next questions, here's a little more about our process and how your stationery comes to fruition. It's a collaboration which works best when you're truly understand the process.



The very first step is for me to get a good picture of your wedding - especially the location, scale, colours and mood. I can only provide a quote and an idea of timings once I understand which items of stationery you'd like, your approximate number of guests and a few clues on your design preferences. If you have a wedding Pinterest board then that's a perfect way to show me your ideas so far. Although don't be shy if you're not so creative, just a few pointers on colour and style can also be enough for me to get started and suggest some design ideas to you instead.



Now I can send you a mood-board, quote and timeline for your bespoke stationery to be made. I will allocate the number of weeks I believe your stationery will take and book these into my calendar in order to focus solely on your project. My pricing is based on time and will reflect this too. Within the time frame I include dates when your feedback is required and a delivery date. Once you've approved this we ask a for a deposit to begin work. The remaining payment is then only due at the end of the project, once you've approved your designs and are happy for us to print them.



Although it can seem speedy (for example you may be allocated 2 weeks from design to fruition) after many years experience I've found this process allows us both a clear period of focus on the project which is really beneficial, keeping. us both fresh and on our toes! It also allows me to quote realistically and dedicate the time to your project that it absolutely deserves. This process gives you a truly personal service - you'll have my sole attention during your booking and it's also how I know we'll create the most beautiful results.



Design work for your stationery begins on receipt of a 40% deposit. I will then get stuck into the creative phase and resurface on the scheduled date in your project timeline with digital proofs of your stationery. It's now time for your feedback. Two rounds of changes are included so please do check everything carefully and send all the feedback together in one email. I'll then make the changes and re-send the proofs for any very final tweaks. Additional changes beyond this will be charged at an hourly rate. 



Once you've approved your final proofs and completed payment, we will print your order. Delivery takes up to 5 working days. It's such an exciting moment when you first see your bespoke wedding stationery in print. We'd love to share it with you so please do tag us in any insta fun!
